Your flamingo flock installation lasts for about 24 hours.
Installs can happen as early as 3pm the day before your special day, and retrieval occurs as early as 3pm 24 hours after the install!
Installation and retrieval times depend on the flock route and inventory needs each evening.

Someone in the home must know we are coming, and we appreciate being given a contact name and phone number of someone in the residence just in case.

Refunds are not available within 48 hours of installation, however we can reschedule within one year of the original booking date.
Certain weather conditions may require your flock to be postponed for up to 72 hours, such as lightning, rain, snow, icy roads, tornados, hurricanes, floods, extreme wind, etc. As a single mom, I cannot risk life and limb for your event! If your flock cannot be installed within 72 hours, a refund will be issued.
